Luke read Aerospace & Aerothermal Engineering at the University of Cambridge. He has 1500+ hours of tutoring experience throughout six years of working in the industry.
Luke is very keen on various access initiatives – for example, he designed and ran a buoyancy workshop comprising interactive experiments for a wide range of cadets (11-16 years of age) as a part of Cambridge Hands on Science project.
I was very stressed with my fast approaching GCSE chemistry & physics exams. I was recommended by a friend to use Luke. He kindly squeezed in (at very late notice) several hours of tutoring. I found him very helpful at explaining things I just couldn't get before. I've just sat my exams & felt pretty good afterwards because of the help I had received from Luke.

My son (Year 6) enjoys working with Luke as we continue our preparations for Common Entrance. Luke has been working with my son on Maths, English and interview techniques through which my son has greatly benefited such that he has now passed recent rounds and now goes on to the next round of exams and interviews for his chosen schools for Year 9.

Luke is a fantastic tutor. He is very professional, and is articulate with his explanations. After every session with Luke, I felt like I had learnt and gained a lot more understanding after one hour. Even after the sessions, he is willing to help. He is also kind and patient. I recommend him to anyone.
I have to give him credit because his help in interview practice helped me get an offer from Oxford as well as all of the other universities I applied to.
— Beatrice Hill (October 2015), successful Oxford Engineering applicant
Luke quickly and easily builds rapport with students and instils confidence in them. He is reliable, conscientious and always goes the extra mile to bring out the full potential of his student. Luke is an extremely trustworthy tutor and I would not hesitate to use his services again — my son benefitted greatly from his expertise. 5/5
