Lizzy graduated with a degree in History from the University of Cambridge. She is an experienced tutor, specialising in entry exams at 11+ and 13+ levels. She covers verbal and non-verbal reasoning, maths and essay writing skills. She also works on both school and university interview preparation.
Lizzy previously worked as a researcher for several TV companies, including Nutopia and Chimerica Media. Her other interests include art and music – she ran Queens’ Arts Festival at Cambridge and played keyboards in a tribute band.
This was our first experience of engaging a tutor and we are extremely pleased. My 12-year-old daughter had some very specific questions regarding essay structure and analysis for Common Entrance History that were answered very effectively by Lizzy. My daughter found her approach both friendly and engaging (hour and a half session went by very quickly) and she found her ideas and suggestions extremely helpful.
